Ways to Donate equipment

When you make a contribution to Replays, you are supporting our mission to help more kids access the physical and mental benefits of sports and recreation. Your donation sustains our work, allowing us to continue providing free sports equipment to kids in need.

The many ways you can support Replays which are outlined below. If you have any questions about making a donating equipment, please contact us.

Equipment drop off

We appreciate your sports equipment donations!  We have many bins set up around central Kentucky. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions by contacting us.

LARGE PICKUPS - To schedule a large pickup, please contact us.

We are happy to accept equipment shipment at our warehouse, please note that we do not cover shipping costs.  All items must be shipped to our warehouse at the following address:

What type of items does replays.org accept?

Please use your best judgment on the condition of equipment before donating. If an item is falling apart, in bad shape, or a previously used item you wouldn’t trust your kid using/wearing, please throw it away instead of donating it to us. Check out the list of items Replays is able to accept. 

Tax-deductible receipts are available upon request.
